NetOp is great software to use in the classroom. Netop allows the teacher to monitor students working on computers from the teacher's computer. I am able to block certain, if not all, internet sites, freeze the computer screens while I lecture, and take control of the computers so the students can watch their screen while I demonstrate something to them.
Does anyone use NetOp or similar software?

- I am in the start of my fifth year teaching in Virginia. I teach high school engineering. The start of my first year teaching I pushed and received a $100,000 grant to bring in an engineering curriculum called Project Lead the Way (PLTW). PLTW allows students to explore different avenues of engineering while receiving college credits. A student has the option to receive 12 credits towards an engineering degree while in high school.
